10.21.09 - Plans for EPs
Buck Up Records is exited to announce some upcoming releases. There are no set dates yet, but we are planning to release multiple EPs early 2010. Look for digital releases for all, and some limited edition physical releases as well. Keep checking back for more information as it comes.
07.11.09 - New toys make happy boys
With the addition of some new microphones to the studio, progress is cruising along more than ever. We continue to work on songs for Your Family Album, and the filled out mic locker is proving invaluable. Guitar and organ basic tracks down, the fun process of overdubbing and filling out begins!
06.24.09 - Recording Your Family Album
Your Family Album, the beginnings of a very exiting project. The Buck Up Records crew has been hard at work to see this take life. We have started tracking live basic tracks and things are cruising along. This has started to blossom into quite a large project, and we can't wait to see the final project.

Buck Up Records at The Walker Art Center
Buck Up Records' own Matt Schufman, the mastermind behind Your Family Album, has been asked to play at the Walker Art Center as part of their Skyspace/Soundspace series on Thursday night, June 4th. Matt will be playing a set in the spirit "campfire songs" following the performance of local artists Lookbook. He will be debuting some original tracks as well as covering some beloved classics.
